We Understand the Process!
Jan 2015 to Jan 2016
Tammy started her journey in January of 2015. She started to change her diet and added exercise within this year she has been able to lose 50 lbs. She now enjoys her workouts and challenges herself to do more. In April of 2017, she was able to complete her first half marathon.
April 2014 to Jun 2016
Michael battled with eating habits and weight control. In those two years he was able to lose 40 lbs and keep it off. He started working out 1 or 2 days a week. After about a year of casually working out he became passionate about fitness. He went on to get his Personal Training Ceritifcation and became a Nutrition Specialist.
